After we were finally served our patty soup after a waiting time of 1.5 hours, which tasted very tasty, we were brought the main course. A very small turkey steak was floating in a sachet sauce. The fries were almost raw. And all for 15.00 €. Totally overpriced. Not recommended 😳

The place is very nice. The food, however, not recommended. Vegetarian food exactly one. Lentils and spaetzle, which are more lovingly served in our canteen. They also tasted extremely like fondor or something. The service staff was very nice and even handled the criticism well

Unfortunately I had to give it a star, otherwise I would not have been able to write. After a wonderful day, we wanted to graduate here. Great beer garden with a wonderful view of the Rhine Valley. We stopped at the entrance, as you are usually shown your table in Corona times. The cellar ignored us despite the calls. So we sat down at a table and tried to draw attention to ourselves. Unfortunately we didn't succeed again. So we are after about 15 minutes. got up and left the restaurant. It's a shame, but a cellar for the beer garden wasn't enough.

Nicely located hotel and restaurant with a great view and a nice beer garden. The staff is friendly.

Food was very good (onion roast beef and Black Forest cake). Service overwhelmed, processes obviously not optimized. We sat at the table 45 minutes before we even had a drink on the table. It can happen that the food took a long time, but at least it should be able to bring the drinks quickly. Next faux pas: Onion roast beef is served without onions, with the statement "The onions are about to arrive, they are just about to be fried". Strange. Of course you start eating without onions first, because you don't want the meat to get cold. Onions then came separately 5 minutes later. For dessert, the Black Forest cake was served on a plate that was obviously fresh from the dishwasher and was accordingly warm. The cream cake is really appetizing ... So far, actually three stars, mainly because the food was still quite tasty, but also because the Corona requirements were not complied with in any way (no data collection, and only one out of three people who came to the table had a correctly positioned mouth at times -Nose protection) one star less

We arrived relatively late and were greeted with charm. The hotel was renovated at some point and brought up to the state of the art and equipment. A magnificent view of the Brandmatt and the Rhine plain to the Vosges. For a short vacation very much. For a longer stay, I would book somewhere else.

Great German cuisine in a beautiful location overlooking the valley. Staff are super friendly but speak only a little English. Cash only!

A perfect place to feel the sensations of the Black Forest. The location is beautiful, about 800 m high, with a viewpoint to the valley and a very well-kept and large terrace. The hotel is frankly fine, well decorated room, clean and very new toilet. The service was also 10/10, and dinner the same. A wonder of place the truth, completely recommendable. It also has the lake 10 minutes by car, at the top of the mountain, more beautiful and less touristy than that of Titisse.

Great steak!! Worth every cent. If good weather sit outside, great view.

First things first. The view of the dining area is mesmerizing so there is that. Second, I ordered the “Gegrilltes rumpsteak” and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! The homemade butter she makes is extraordinary and even the fries tastes good. I fed my whole senses in this place.
